We regularly carry out a number of physicochemical, microbiological and organoleptic testing of raw materials and finished products. We implement the GMP rules (Good Manufacturing Practice) and GHP (Good Hygienic Practice) and HACCP quality book with organization chart, descriptions of raw materials and finished products, the scope of responsibility. Our slaughterhouse is BRC certified which means international standards of food safety.
